A.M. Warm but cloudy this morning. 5k easy followed by 10k at threshold pace, I was aiming for about 4:02/k pace, I ran the 10k in 39:52 so I'm pretty chuffed with 3:59/k, 6:25/mi. I tried to concentrated on keeping my form relaxed. Finished with 5,3k easy. Total 20,3k in 1:29:28, av pace 4:24/k, 7:06/mi.

Had to look up the meaning of "chuffed"! You're workouts are really coming together nicely. Aren't you running a marathon shortly?

Nice pace on 10K Ian. I think it really helps to concentrate on keeping form relaxed, I notice Kim has been doing this on her tempos and the effects are noticeable. This is something I need to focus on more often rather than what I've been doing lately which is focusing on how tired I am.

I had to look it up too. It looks like "chuffed" is a good thing....happy with life. Tom and I love learning new words from you, Ian! I think I'll try using "chuffed" in a few sentences today.

Great job today!

Just recently started following your blog and I am very impressed with the running you are doing. Another great workout!
